◆ Material : PA46 with 25% glass fiber reinforced material added, the modified material exhibits properties such as high torque, high temperature resistance and fatigue resistance.
◆ Characteristics : Ultra-high heat resistance: HDT up to 280℃, far exceeding PA6/PA66, and can withstand SMT reflow soldering. High toughness at high temperatures: 25% glass fiber provides high rigidity and strength, with excellent performance retention at 150–200℃. Low creep / high dimensional stability: outstanding creep resistance at high temperatures, suitable for precision structural parts. High flowability: PA46 features inherent high flowability, facilitating the molding of complex thin-walled parts. Wear resistance and self-lubrication: suitable for friction components under high load and high rotational speed.
◆ Purpose : Automotive: Engine compartment sensors / connectors, turbocharger components, transmission gears / guides, thermal management components. Electrical and Electronic: SMT connectors, LED brackets, relays / switch housings, motor insulation parts. Industrial: Pump valves, compressor components, high-temperature gears, bearing cages.
